The Siege of Twickenham

Saturday 17h15 November 20th 2021. An important day that might live glorious in the Springbok history books.

Setting the scene: Eddie 'The Outback Dingo' Jones vs our two 'Kalahari Jackals' of Nienaber & Erasmus. And yes, they form a great coaching team. We South Africans won't have it any other way. There, I said it. Finish & blerrie klaar. Now let's go onto the battle.

The 2021 South African Invasion of Britain is nearly complete, and let's be honest, quite long overdue. Having an undefeated Autumn International tour would bode our Bok Rugby well. Also has that great added incentive of leaving us top of the rugby pops in the rankings. Great way to go into the holidays for a nation craving some good times amidst the blackouts & crazy fuel price hikes. We South Africans can do with a lift, and Siya's boys have the forklift for the job.

No Boks in the World Rugby player of the year candidates? No, All Blacks too by the way.

Talk about another glaring incentive to go and beat the living daylights out of the Poms. (even though WR HQ is in Dublin & CEO'd by a Kiwi, I only see added motivation)

The battle lines are drawn, the big guns are at the ready and the sporting world is waiting in anticipation. Will the 'Shoulder boy' and his rosy men or Siya's Seal Team 23 come out on top?

Siya, Eben, Duane, Big Trev, Mighty Marx, Bombernambi, Kitshoff, Koch, Ox... it's a relentless barrage of heavy artillery. Leaving a devastation of rose petals in it's wake.

I've already bought my Karoo choppies, Oom Piet's special Oos-Kaap Boerewors, packed my dry Kameeldoring under the Jetmaster and got Richard Lieu to predictably attend this important occasion. I know who'll be victorious in the Siege of Twickenham.
